Dr. Chris Adams

Adams is a third-generation pastor's kid, ordained minister and clinical psychologist. Adams serves as the executive director of the Azusa Pacific University Center for Vocational Ministry, which focuses on cultivating resilience in ministry leaders through formational research, resources and relationships. Adams is a consultant to a number of denominations and seminaries in clergy candidate assessment, clergy family health and pastoral leadership formation. He is currently participating as a consultant and researcher with the Flourishing In Ministry project at the University of Notre Dame. Adams is a frequent speaker at seminaries, pastors and spouses' retreats and conferences.
