Dr. “Umfundisi” Jim Lo will retire in June 2024 after 27 years at Indiana Wesleyan University, where he serves as professor and campus intercessor and previously served for eight years as dean of the chapel. He will continue to serve as a circuit rider for the Crossroads District, as a professor for Campus Edu and as a trainer for Global Partners. He served as a Wesleyan missionary for 13 years in Southern Africa and Cambodia and has visited several other mission fields. He is also the author of several books, many of which were published by Wesleyan Publishing House. He is a graduate of Oklahoma Wesleyan University, has M.A. degrees from Indiana Wesleyan University and Wheaton Graduate School, and has a Doctor of Practical Theology degree from UNISA (University of South Africa).
