Director of Learning and Leadership
Nikki Nettleton is the director of Learning and Leadership for Global Partners. She coaches, resources and partners with leaders worldwide to design and facilitate transformational training experiences and leadership multiplication pathways for missionaries. She draws from 15 years of experience as a disciple-maker, church planter and mission leader in Eastern Europe. Nikki is passionate to see leaders energized, equipped and empowered to live on mission and labor faithfully, fruitfully and joyfully for God’s glory among all people. She lives with her family in Marion, Indiana, where her husband, Trent, mentors and mobilizes Indiana Wesleyan University students, faculty and staff to engage in global mission. Together they have two incredible third-culture teenagers, Ariela and Luka.
