Pastor and executive director
Mark Judkins serves as executive director of Mosaic Community Center in Detroit. He planted a church in Detroit by starting a non-profit for East Michigan District of The Wesleyan Church and founded the Wesley (Mosaic) Community Center, implementing the eight core principles of the Christian Community Development Association (CCDA).
Mark is a retired automotive CEO and business owner and has been a Wesleyan pastor since 2009. A Detroit native, he has been married to Janise for 28 years and is the father of two adult daughters: Kyla, a Global Partners missionary, and Michaela, a Detroit Public School music teacher and worship leader at Mosaic Midtown Church. As executive director of Mosaic Community Center, Mark works to develop local leaders to manage youth, senior, and adult community development programs, manages finances, writes grants, and fundraises. As a pastor, he shepherds a community of volunteers through Bible study, youth group, and exegetical preaching.
